Urbanlux Constructions completed the delivery of this four-home residential development at10–12 Garland Avenue, Kilburn, working in partnership with Housing SA to provide high-quality, contemporary social housing outcomes.<br>Construction commenced in February 2025, with the project successfully completed and handed over at the end of November 2025. The works were delivered within the agreed program and budget, reflecting strong project management and delivery discipline.<br>Each dwelling was constructed to a high standard of workmanship in strict accordance with SAHT specifications, incorporating step-free entries, efficient internal layouts, and robust, low-maintenance finishes suited to long-term public housing use. The homes also include provisions for future solar and energy-efficiency upgrades, supporting sustainability objectives.<br>The development integrates private and shared outdoor areas, compliant accessibility features, and cohesive streetscape presentation, contributing positively to the surrounding neighbourhood.
