The site was developed into three double-storey townhouses, each with a contemporary façade, single remote lock-up garaging and open-plan living, dining and kitchen at ground level opening to a covered alfresco. The completed homes feature 2.7-metre ceilings, timber flooring, stone benchtops with waterfall ends, SMEG appliances and a walk-in pantry, with three upstairs bedrooms including a master with ensuite and walk-in robe.
Finished with LED lighting, ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, rainwater tanks and automatic irrigation, the project demonstrated Urbanlux Constructions’ capability in delivering multiple premium dwellings to a high standard on a compact infill site.
