A short walk from Grange Beach, this project saw a single allotment on Gurner Terrace divided and rebuilt as two double-storey coastal residences. Each home was designed around spacious, light-filled interiors with two living areas, a kitchen anchored by a central island and butler’s pantry, and an outdoor entertaining zone with built-in barbecue flowing to a low-maintenance rear yard.
The homes were finished to a premium standard throughout, with solar, rainwater tanks, ducted climate control and double lock-up garaging, and sit within easy reach of the railway station, local reserve and the Grange coastline.
