Urbanlux Constructions developed this site into seven contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouses, each with its own private balcony and designed for low-maintenance living. The completed homes feature stone benchtops, stainless-steel appliances, ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and automatic garaging, positioned in an established, well-serviced pocket of Mawson Lakes close to cafés, retail, parks, schools and public transport.
The project demonstrated Urbanlux Constructions’ capability in delivering higher-density residential project on a single infill site while maintaining consistently premium quality and finish across seven dwellings.
