Urbanlux Constructions developed this site into four detached single-storey residences, each designed for privacy and low-maintenance living within a compact urban footprint. The completed homes feature open-plan living opening onto separate paved courtyards, contemporary kitchens, ensuite master bedrooms, and ducted reverse-cycle climate control, positioned in a well-serviced pocket close to Westfield Marion, Flinders University and Brighton Beach.
The project demonstrated Urbanlux Constructions’ capability in maximising residential yield on infill sites, setting each dwelling back for privacy while delivering four comfortable, high-quality homes on land that previously held one.
