This site was developed into three contemporary residences including a double-storey home and two single-storey dwellings, each set back from the street for privacy and secure access. The completed homes feature three bedrooms with built-in robes, an ensuite master, open-plan living and dining opening to a north-facing verandah, stone benchtops, and ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout.
Positioned in a well-serviced pocket close to Westfield Marion, Flinders University and Seacliff Beach, the project demonstrated Urbanlux Constructions’ capability in delivering multiple high-quality dwellings on a compact infill site.
